Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using a third party's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

2.5 Account sharing is not permitted. Your petpkr account is personal to you and may not be transferred to, accessed by, or used by any other individual.

3.1 Access to petpkr's services is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 21 years old.

3.2 petpkr operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Any funds deposited into such an account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, net of any amounts already wagered. Winnings accrued on an underage account are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited.

3.3 petpkr may request age verification documentation at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. Users who fail to provide satisfactory proof of age within the timeframe specified by petpkr will have their accounts suspended pending verification.

4.3 Deposits are credited to your PKR account balance in real time following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 4.4 Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 petpkr offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In addition, the following general bonus terms apply to all petpkr promotions.

5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Wagering contributions vary by game type — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts or identities constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.5 Live dealer games are streamed from third-party studios. petpkr is not responsible for connectivity issues arising from the user's internet service provider or device. Disruptions caused by the user's own connection do not entitle the user to a refund of wagered stakes.

7.1 The following actions are strictly prohibited on the petpkr platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

7.2 petpkr employs active monitoring and detection tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is detected, petpkr reserves the right to take immediate action without prior warning.

8.1 All content on the petpkr platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game assets, text, software, and user interface designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of petpkr or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants the user any ownership rights over petpkr's intellectual property.

8.2 Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any petpkr content without prior written authorisation from petpkr. Unauthorised use of petpkr's intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

8.3 The petpkr name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of petpkr. Use of these marks in any context without express written permission is prohibited.

9.2 petpkr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if petpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9.3 petpkr's total liability to any user in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 petpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, regulatory obligations, or at petpkr's sole discretion.

10.2 Users may voluntarily close their petpkr account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the user's verified payment method, subject to completed KYC.

10.3 In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, petpkr reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, those funds may be forfeited.

10.4 Where an account closure is initiated under petpkr's responsible gaming self-exclusion programme, the user will not be permitted to reopen the account or register a new account for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion — including registering under a different name or email — are a breach of these Terms.
